A basic CubHelp listing is free. The Free plan ($0 per month) includes a listing profile, placement in search results and on city and state pages, and lets you show your pricing to parents. Paid plans are optional: Verified costs $49 per month and Premium costs $149 per month, and both are month-to-month with no contracts.
Is CubHelp really free for parents?
Yes. Parents never pay anything. They can browse all listings, compare pricing, check license status and contact providers for free. Providers fund the platform through optional paid plans, so there is no subscription, search fee or contact fee for families at any point.
What does the Verified badge include?
With the Verified plan ($49 per month), CubHelp verifies your state license number, confirms your business insurance and displays background check availability. The green Verified badge appears on your listing and in search results. The plan also includes license verification display, a background check badge, priority in search results and lead email notifications.
What is the difference between Verified and Premium?
Verified ($49 per month) focuses on trust: the Verified badge, license verification display, a background check badge, priority search ranking and lead email notifications. Premium ($149 per month) includes everything in Verified and adds featured placement in your city, top-of-search placement, an analytics dashboard, competitor pricing intel, review response tools, seasonal campaign features and priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime and your listing reverts to the free tier, so it stays in the directory with its pricing on city and state pages. Your profile information is preserved, and you can upgrade again later without listing your business from scratch.
How do lead notifications work?
When a parent views your listing, clicks your phone number, visits your website or sends an inquiry, you get an email notification with the details. Lead notifications are part of the Verified and Premium plans, and Premium providers also get a dashboard with lead analytics. The Free plan does not include lead notifications.
